Traditional Single & Double Ended Baths
Single ended baths are typically designed for one person to relax in the bath. The bath taps being usually located at one end which is ideal for bath showers with a mixer shower valve, as this can be fitted to the wall directly above the taps and waste.
Unlike single ended baths, double ended baths usually have the tap and waste fitted in the center of the tub or fitted to the wall. This means that both ends of the bath have a gentle slope and that there’s enough room for two people to bathe together. Both ends of the bath tend to be identical, so you can face either way in the bath with comfort and ease.
If you are looking for a simple understated bath, then a single or double ended bath will fit your needs. Available in different shapes and sizes with the option of having the taps at the end of the bath or make a feature and fit them centrally. Consider a bath shower mixer built along the back wall to create a design feature as well as a practical addition.
